Kansas: casinos and responsible-gambling resources
4 properties listed from Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission. Every row links to its source and shows the date we last verified it (2026-10-17); fields we could not verify say "Not confirmed". Confirm with the casino before you travel.
Scope: Lists the four state-owned casinos regulated by the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission, as named in its annual report. Kansas tribal casinos are not under the Commission and are not listed. Coverage is limited to what the cited regulator page(s) list. It may not include every gaming venue in the state (for example casinos run by tribes under separate regulation, racetrack-only venues, or sports-wagering-only locations) unless a note below says so.
Age: Minimum age: Not confirmed on a regulator page we could read. U.S. casinos set minimum ages of 18 or 21 depending on state and venue, so check the regulator and the casino before you go. The Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission pages and annual report read do not state a patron age.
