Rewards programs and tier match at New England casinos

Every casino here runs a free player's card. This page summarises what each casino's own page says about joining and what the program offers. We do not recommend joining any program, and rewards are earned by spending money and play: rewards do not offset losses.

Tier match: what we found

MGM Springfield says on its Local Partners page that if you hold a top tier at another casino, bring that rewards card to the MGM Rewards desk for a Tier Match. Terms on that page: some exclusions apply, each participant may redeem one Tier Match from the list of qualifying casinos, the list is available at the MGM Rewards desk, and the offer is for MGM Springfield specifically. MGM Springfield, Local Partners · last verified 2026-10-17.

MGM Resorts also ran a company-wide Status Match Challenge for visits through September 30, 2026, with Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun listed as eligible competitor programs on the page we read. That date has passed as of 2026-10-17; we could not confirm a renewal, so treat it as expired unless MGM says otherwise. MGM Rewards Status Match Challenge page.

We found no standing tier-match offer on the Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, Encore Boston Harbor, Bally's or PENN pages we checked. That is not proof none exists; ask at the rewards desk.
